A notebook shall be maintained that contains:

• current and historic versions of the by-laws
• summaries of meetings, documenting decisions taken (e.g., meeting minutes)
• initiatives submitted on behalf of CCSA and any related documents (e.g., correspondence, applicable versions of regulations)
• survey results

This binder shall be known as the “Big Book”.An additional binder with copies of the By-Laws and meeting minutes shall also be maintained and brought to each meeting. The notebooks are to be maintained by the current Vice-Chair and passed on to successors in the office.
