3.1 Definition

This group is composed primarily of individuals from brand-name, research based pharmaceutical companies. It also includes consultants and contract organizations. It does not however include individuals from generic companies. The mailing list is restricted to one primary and one secondary member from each company.

Separate divisions of the same company may be considered separate companies, when there is no reporting relationship between the clinical supply departments in the separate divisions.

3.2 Code of Conduct (conditions of membership)

• Host meetings or assist with meeting logistics
• Actively participate in CCSA meetings and initiatives
• No self-promotion
• Meeting attendance (one per year) - If a member company misses 5 consecutive meetings, their name may be removed from the mailing list and that company will no longer be considered a member. Persons who wish to continue as members but are unable to attend meetings may send a delegate or otherwise contact the Vice-Chair and request that their names remain on the mailing list.

3.3 Violations to the Code of Conduct

Violations to the Code of Conduct may result in the violating company being removed from the membership list. The Chair and/or Vice-Chair will handle such violations.
