4.1 Frequency

There will be 4 general meetings each year. Normally held in February, May, September and November. There may be other meetings scheduled for the general membership or sub-committees in order to address CCSA initiatives.

4.2 Host and Logistics

The meetings are hosted by member companies and rotate through out the membership. Each host will be assisted, if they choose, by another member who will handle the logistics.

4.3 Attendance

Meeting attendance is not restricted by the mailing list however; number of attendees per company shall be determined by the host company according to the capacity of the meeting room. Priority should be given to current members.
